Privacy Policy

SajuClarity respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who helps us process it. We never sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, and the birth details you enter (date, time, and place where given, and gender).
• Basic, non-identifying usage analytics if enabled (to understand how the site is used).
• If you choose to sign in with Google (optional — you can always order as a guest): your Google account email and name, so you can find your readings again. We don't receive your Google password or access anything else in your account.

Why we use it

We use your birth details solely to calculate and prepare your Saju reading, and your email to deliver it and answer follow-up questions. We don't use your data for advertising.

Who processes it (service providers)

To run the service we share the minimum necessary data with trusted providers:

• Creem — payment processing (our Merchant of Record).
• Resend — sending your reading and replies by email.
• Upstash — secure storage of your order and reading.
• Google Cloud — secure cloud computing used to prepare your reading.
• Vercel — website hosting.

Retention & your rights

We keep your order and reading only as long as needed to provide and support the service. If you signed in with Google, your sign-in record (email and name) is kept until you delete your account — you can do that yourself on the My readings page; your orders are kept as purchase records. You may request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by emailing contact@sajuclarity.com.

Cookies & analytics

If you sign in, we set one essential cookie that keeps you signed in (up to 90 days, or until you sign out). It is not used for tracking.

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand site traffic. We don't use invasive tracking or sell data to advertisers.
