We want every reading to land. Because each reading is a personalized digital product prepared just for you, here is how we handle refunds.

Our 14-day make-it-right promise

If something in your reading doesn't resonate or feel clear, reply to your reading email (or write to contact@sajuclarity.com) within 14 daysof delivery. Tell us what felt off and we'll clarify it or take another look. If you're still not satisfied after that, we'll refund your purchase.

How to request

Email us within 14 days with your order email and a sentence about what didn't work for you. Refunds are reviewed individually and limited to one per customer. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our Merchant of Record, Creem.
